Scope of Personal Information Protection
1. Notification and Disclosure of Personal Information Handling
Fudai Village will disclose notifications describing the handling of personal information, including the items of personal data recorded, the scope of individuals concerned, and the methods of use.
2. Restrictions on Collection
When Fudai Village collects personal information, it will clearly state the purpose of collection and, in principle, collect it directly from the individual. In addition, information requiring special care in handling—such as beliefs, ideology, and religion—will, in principle, not be collected.
3. Restrictions on Use and Provision
Personal information will not, in principle, be used within Fudai Village or provided to external parties beyond the scope of the intended administrative purpose.

Fudai Village will maintain the personal information it holds accurately and up to date. Necessary measures will be taken to prevent leakage, loss, damage, or alteration. Personal information that is no longer needed will be promptly disposed of or deleted.
